mazunte, mexico

We took a quick break from Puerto Escondido to visit a little town called Mazunte, about an hour's bus ride away. Our friends scored a pretty sick deal on an enormous house on the beach so we jumped at the chance to spend a couple of nights with them. After a delicious home cooked meal, more bootleg mescal, drawing stupid pictures of one another and a little bit of commotion with trying to get to a hostpital (everybody is fine now, no need to worry), Mazunte proved to be well worth the trip.
